What we collect and why
- Emails you send us. If you email us, we keep your name, email address and message so we can reply. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
- Trainer interest. If you are a trainer and register your interest, we keep your name, contact details, areas covered and how you train, so we can contact you about listings. Lawful basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Website usage. With your consent, we use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. See our cookie policy.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records IP addresses and browser details for security. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We use service providers to run the site, including our web host (Hostinger, with servers in the United Kingdom) and our email provider. They process data only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and trainer interest records for up to two years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are kept for a short period set by our host.
Your rights
